YTEC places youth at the center of services and brings together community partners to provide collaborative in-house services at one site. This means youth get a wider range of support and are kept together in a safe, supportive, therapeutic community.

YTEC is rooted in the belief that young people who have been dismissed by other systems can succeed academically, vocationally, and socially. To help youth validate that belief, we work with each one to develop individualized plans and goals, and provide them small classes, personal attention and intensive treatment and support. We stay with them through lapses and challenges, crises and successes, and are committed to help them meet their highest potential and achieve their dreams.
